Locust Projects is pleased to host a one night exhibition Friday, August 16 showcasing ImpactArte, the most recent endeavor of Miami-based artist collaborative, Funner Projects.

Funner Projects, established in 2009, is the interactive collaboration between Justin H. Long and Robert “Meatball” Lorie. Their latest endeavor involved the creation of 8 unique art making contraptions. While loosely based on art history, these apparatuses created a series of new masterpieces. Under the leadership of Emmy Award winning director Andrew Hevia and support from Yahoo.com Latin America, the art making process was documented at an incredible 3000 frames per second so each minute detail is not missed. The 8 videos as well as the apparatuses and creations will be on display together for one night only, August 16th 2013. The videos will later be available to see on Yahoo.com Latin America’s homepage.
